Birgit Õigemeel has just won Eesti Laul 2013 and will now represent Estonia at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest. She will sing her ballad “Et Uus Saaks Alguse” in Malmo. The full voting results are yet to be revealed, but Birgit won by a narrow margin in the super-final, and came second in the jury voting.
Grete Paia was second, while fan favorites Winny Puhh and Elina Born came 3rd and a surprising 8th overall.
